Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a season-ending injury that prevents a player from participating for the remainder of the season. Any request for a refund under these circumstances must be accompanied by a doctor’s note verifying the injury and inability to play.

No refunds will be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, change of interest, or withdrawal from the program.

By registering for the program, families acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
