Player's Code of Conduct

As a Saddle Brook Falcons Soccer Player, I understand I have made a commitment to myself, my teammates, coaches, parents, supporters, and the club. I will always honor my Jersey and my colors on and off the field and never because of a disappointment for my Club and my Supporters.

I Will:

•  always train and play to the best of my abilities.

•  always have a positive attitude and always give my best. 

•  respect my coaches, teammates, parents, and opponents. 

•  accept the referee's decisions without questioning the call and be respectful.

•  encourage my teammates.

•  always arrive on the field with proper gear and ready to give my best.

•  promptly notify the coach of any injuries or discomfort.

•  follow the laws of the game, the team, and the club's guidance.

•  never disrespect my coaches and teammates, using inappropriate language or misbehaving.

•  never leave the field without the permission of the coach.

I understand that if I do not follow the Code, any/all of the following actions may be taken by Saddle Brook Soccer Association.

I may:

• Be required to apologize to my team-mates, the other team, referee, or team coach;
• Receive a formal warning from the coach and/or Saddle Brook Soccer Association;
• Be suspended; 
• Be required to leave Saddle Brook Soccer Association.
